Sergeant Timothy J. Henck was 30 years old and a 9-year veteran when he was killed in the performance of his duty in 1995. Tim left behind his wife, Kathleen and their 6-week-old daughter, Jennifer. The man responsible, Arthur Adinolfi, Department Identification Number (DIN) 96A4871, was 37 years old and a career criminal. He was convicted of Murder 2 and sentenced to life in prison.

Mr. Adinolfi was granted an early parole hearing on June 16, 2020, a second hearing a mere six months later in December 2020, again in September 2022, and yet again in December 2023.

Thanks to the tremendous showing of opposition, as a direct result of our campaigns, he has been denied parole each time.  WE NEED YOUR HELP ONCE AGAIN!
